Market Rate Apartments

This program offers apartments and mixed income developments at rental rates comparable to local private rent rates for individuals and families. Apartments are available for individuals and families whose income doesn’t exceed 80% of the area median income. In addition, around 40-60% of the units can be occupied by individuals and families that exceed 80% but are less than 100% of the area median income.

Elderly/Disabled Housing

This program offers apartments for elderly persons (62 years of age or older) and disabled persons of at least 18 years of age. Rent is income based (30% or less of a household’s gross adjusted monthly income) and starts at $25/month which includes utilities.
